"The house is perfect. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a three night stay. The bed was very cosy and warm . Used the washing machine and tumble dryer which look brand new. Both very easy to use. The A/C warmed the whole house and the kitchen is very spacious and well layer out. The owner provided great instructions on how to get to house . Great location for day tour to Bruny island or spending a day in Hobart. Vert happy to come back and stay again. "

"Inside the, house and linen were clean, beds comfortable. The only air conditioner is downstairs and it needs a new remote, on arrival the upstairs was very warm even for Tasmania. After leaving windows open it became cooler however on hot days upstairs would be very hot without air-conditioning. Outside courtyard and garden really needs a clean up. Very unwelcoming. "the property was immaculate, the location brilliant. EXACTLY as advertised. It is right on the route for the hop-on hop-off bus about 400m away. The local park is gorgeous, the pub across the road has food for the BIGGEST eaters, and the Wine bar cafe SOUTH just up the road is a MUST DO. You will need a matchbox on wheels to get your car into the garage, with cars blocking the turning circle it was just not possible, but I managed a park in the back street no worries, you just have to time it...
