"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall."

"My wife and I stayed 2 nights and found the loft very comfortable and private. Filipa allowed us to check in early which was so kind, as we had just arrived after a long flight from Canada and were in need of a rest. You can easily walk to the heart of the old city and there are ample options for public transportation just 5 minutes walk from the front door of the loft. I highly recommend this property. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean. Elevator is very small so we had to walk up 2 floors of stairs to get to our apartment. I would suggest that dark curtains would enhance to stay as it is a busy street below with lights from the bars last late at night. A microwave would also have been helpful. Host was very responsive to our questions and provided instructions on how to access the unit. The location is good as it is...

The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions. "Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "
