"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"Great location, the monti circus sets up right outside if you’re a fan check that out. Only a 5 min walk to the train station and about 10-15 to city center. Only issue we had was contacting the hotel directly but expedia was able to assist us. Make sure you use holafly.com for esim for wifi or find a wifi spot if you have issues because this hotel uses a code for you to get in. No front desk. "The apartment was very modern and clean but it was up four flights of stairs. Also no AC so it got very warm the two days I was there when Zurich was in the high 80'sF. Had a coffee maker but no coffee. Would have been nice if they kept some instant coffee in the cupboard."

"I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap."

"The attic apartment is very small. The bath and shower are oddly arranged but work. It is a quirky place but since we only stayed one night it was good enough. In expensive Zurich you get what you pay for and I did not pay much for this apartment."

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean. Elevator is very small so we had to walk up 2 floors of stairs to get to our apartment. I would suggest that dark curtains would enhance to stay as it is a busy street below with lights from the bars last late at night. A microwave would also have been helpful. Host was very responsive to our questions and provided instructions on how to access the unit. The location is good as it is...

"There was a slight miscommunication with our apartment when we arrived, but we were given an amazing apartment, and the staff was so nice. Apartment was immaculate, with almost everything you could need. The only downside was being on the third floor with no air-conditioning in the middle of summer. Location was safe and very convenient. Walk to everything. There is a nice big supermarket two minutes away. Lots of restaurants nearby and rhe tram stop was only a few minutes also. "

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "
