Christmas Lights
I brought a group of people from my church to see the lights in Huntsville. The property was adequate. The on line listing stated the property slept 12 and there was 2 Queen beds in each bedroom and two sofa beds. When we arrived there was only 1 Queen bed in each room and a full size bed in 1 bedroom for a total of five beds and no sofa bed. Full size adults had to double up in beds which was a bit of a puzzle to work out. This property is good for 5 couples or five individuals, but not 12 people. That was disappointing. We were only there one night so we managed.

Issues from the start to finish
I booked this property for my family and I to stay at for our family thanksgiving. Upon arrival at this house we were met by a barking dog. When we called the owner she was confused as to why a dog was there at first but then said we were sent the wrong address and that dog belonged to the people that were renting it. She offered to refund us or switch us to another house. We took the other house considering we just drove 12 hours and needed a place to stay given the holiday weekend. We get to house number two to find it filthy. Dirty dishes, floors not swept, rancid milk smells. Stains on the comforter, spiders and ants. No paper towels, or toilet paper. And barely any cleaning supplies. We messaged her saying we would still take the house but unhappy about the condition. She said she would talk with her husband and get back to me. So we went bought items cleaned the house as we couldn’t find anything on such short notice. She did get back to me and offered a refund of 100 dollars for the inconvenience. I accepted. It wasn’t about the money for me it was more that hey we will make this right. As time passed I kept noticing i never got the refund. As I continued to message her she would respond saying that I they sent it back. I continued to ask for some information showing they sent the refund but never would get that, and they even became rude. At this time I still don’t have a refund. I wouldn’t rent from this owner.
