Please refrain from smoking anywhere on the property! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits!
★ All guests must be on reservation. ★
★ Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities. Tampering with our security cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund ★
★ Severely Damaged linens will incur a charge 3 times rate for replacement ★

****We are unable to refund on non-refundable discounted reservations, for inclement weather, power outages, road conditions or acts of God. Please purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen events.
***All cancellations/reservation modifications incur a 10% fee and refund per cancellation policy.

A booking request constitutes acceptance of listing description in its entirety and all house rules.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation/refund up to 14 days before arrival - 10% cancellation/refund fee.
No refund if within 7 days of arrival.

We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we've learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests! A booking constitutes acceptance of all house rules and listing description. In addition to booking platform house rules:

1. All overnight guests must be registered at time of booking in order to stay the night. All other guests must leave before 10pm.

2. Parking for boats and cars is available in the driveway.

3. We are unable to refund on non-refundable discounted reservations, due to inclement weather, power outages, road conditions or acts of God. Please purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen events.

4. Please no use of glitter or hair dye. Guest will be responsible for any damage done or excess cleaning charges.

5. Use of an audio/video camera at the front and back entrances ensure security of our home, safety for our guests and adherence to house rules. These record for up to 10 seconds.

6. We assume no responsibility for items left behind. Please make sure to gather all items prior to checking out.
