The Space:
As you walk from the driveway to the entrance, you reach the main entrance.
The Main Entrance has a digital lock, type in the 4 digit code and door will open.
Once in the house to the left will take you to the hallway. The first left down the hallway is a queen bedroom. There is a queen bed, 2 end tables, and 2 lamps and 2 luggage racks. This bedroom has the master closet (Which includes flashlight, batteries, and other items accessible to guests). Further down the hallway is a full bathroom with a shower/tub. To your second Left down the hallway, you will reach a bedroom with 1 full beds, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, 4 luggage racks. To your second right down the hallway, there is a master bedroom with a King bed, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, 2 luggage racks, and 1 clothing rack. There is a full bath and shower, as well.
Once in the house to the right, there is a living room with a couch, 2 accent chairs, 2 end tables, 1 coffee table, 2 lamps, 1 Floor lamp, and 50inch Roku TV. Straight Ahead, there is the dining room that has a six seater table with 4 chairs and a bench. To the Right, there is the door that will lead you to the garage. To the Left, there is the kitchen which has Refrigerator, stove, oven, blender, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Straight ahead, there is a queen bedroom with 1 end table, a lamp, and a clothing rack. To the right, you will find the rear door for the house that leads to the backyard.
Once you're outside in the backyard, if you turn left you will find the BBQ grill and a six seater table with chairs that can be utilized for your leisure.

Our home is located just west of McDonnell Elementary School, close to Mcdonald Creek. Southwest of downtown Huntsville.
Getting Around:
We recommend driving and parking is available for guests. Uber and Lyft also service the area.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
