Nice Place and good location

Beautiful condo! 5 mins to the lake!
This condo was really nice with beautiful decor. It was spacious and very comfortable even for 3 adult couples. It was only 5 minutes drive to lake and only 20 minutes down the mountain if we needed to go to the grocery. We would definitely stay there again!

Fun Escape
This is a great townhome! It’s very spacious and has great amenities. We had a great time playing Pickleball, using the hot tub, and enjoying the local area. The surrounding views were incredible. Mike is an excellent host and quickly responded to all communications. We plan to return in the future.

Wonderfu ski trip at an awesome property
This was the perfect townhome for our guys ski trip. The place was upscale, cleaning, beds were very cofortable and a great location for snowbasin and powder mountain. Mike and his team have thought of everything and his communication before and during was excellent. Thanks again for a wonderful experience at your place. Hope to come back real soon.

Perfect place for a ski trip!
This was a great place to rent! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group of 9. We enjoyed the hot tub each night after a day of skiing. The condo had a few nice extras included like games to play and toys for our grandkids. The owner reached out to me right after I booked to see if we had questions for him or ways he could help. We would definitely recommend this rental!!

We had one small issue when we arrived. I called Mike and BAM! It was taken care of! He did this while out of the country. The condo is exactly as described. It is really nice! We will definitely be staying again.

2 Family Ski Trip
On a powder day we made it to SnowBasin in 30 minutes including traffic. Not bad. House was great. Three bedrooms upstairs, and a great bunk room and entertainment area in the basement. The older kids loved to go down there. Adults hung in the kitchen with the baby. I was surprised by the paintings on all the walls, it wasn't cookie cutter art. I would definitely go back for a family getaway.

Great location and nice townhouse
The location was great for going to pineview reservoir. The townhouse meet our needs. The basement was a good place for the teens to hang out. They place was nice and clean. Plenty of space for everyone. There were a few minor inconveniences. The hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived, someone came out that night to try and fix it. Unfortunately the problem wasn’t what he initially thought and needed another part to fix. We weren’t able to use the hot tub until the last night. Overall it is a great place and we would stay there again.

The townhome was beautiful, clean and conveniently located to Snowbasin. Communication with the host before and during was friendly and easy. The only problem was the coffee maker. I need coffee in the morning before heading out and preset was broken. It needs to be replaced or cleaned because it took 40 minutes to brew a pot. There was no basket filter so emptying the used grounds was not easy. A small and easy fix.

Awesome place
This property is beautiful and well cared for. It is stocked with the necessities of a great trip. There was plenty of space to spread out. It is right across the street from the swimming pool and has plenty of parking. It is just a short walk away from the reservoir. We loved our time there. It was quiet and peaceful.

The booking was fast and easy! I’m so glad I booked with Mike! This home was immaculate ! This beautiful home was not only beautiful and spacious, it had everything my family and I needed for our stay! The details of the home were just as advertised and even more than what I imagined. The book of info was so detailed as to things to do and places to see! This was my 3rd time to Utah for work, but this home made we want to come back again for fun! The owners were so thoughtful in having this property for guests and you can easily tell by the details of the home! The pool was literal across from the driveway! The neighbors were so warm and welcoming as well! I would love to be back again to stay in this home! The ONLY complaint was there was no tv in the master but my mom slept on the couch comfy and cozy! It allowed more bonding time anyway! My ONLY complaint was I wish I could’ve checked in sooner than 4pm!! Otherwise this was an AMAZING stay and home! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family and I! 5 STAR STAY FOR SURE!!!

This was a perfect close get away for my family. The reservoir was close and easy to walk to even with two toddlers. Owners were very nice and communicative. The condo has everything you would need. I would absolutely book again.

Wonderful Property and location
We had a wonderful stay at this great condo. It's a 2 minute walk right through the property down to a great little beach area of Pineview. A two minute drive to rent wave runners and paddleboards from Gar at Ogden Valley Sports. The condo itself was very comfortable and spacious. The hot tub was great although we used the pool hot tub more. Pool and hot tub are right just steps away. We took a afternoon trip to Causey reservoir and paddled. Very peaceful and beautiful. No motors on this reservoir. We would definitely rent from Susan and Mike again. Great Times!

Beautiful Home, Great Location, Wonderful Service
We had a wonderful time at this place. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. When we had an extra late flight out, he even let us check out late with our last minute request. We hope and plan to stay here next time we visit Ogden. There is a beautiful lake only a few min walk away. Its very close to all local attractions. We definitely recommend this place to anyone interested and wanting a clean, large and comfortable home with a nice hot tub!

Huntsville, Utah Staycation
The house and amenities are all wonderful, as well as the owners. The owners were very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know, immediately after booking. The only down side of this booking are the neighbors. Myself and 4 others got into the hot tub around 11 pm (quiet hours are after 10 pm). Within 3 minutes of being in the hot tub, the neighbor came out to their deck and started video taping us in the hot tub; we asked her why she was video taping us and let her know it was inappropriate for her to do so; she continued for a second and didn’t respond whatsoever then proceeded back into her house. She then contacted the owners of this property, who then promptly contacted me and let me know we were being too loud for quiet hours. I acknowledged and we came inside. The owners were very nice and didn’t over react when they contacted me. Moral of the story, be cautious of the neighbors and the usage of the hot tub after 10 pm, but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Awesome Towne Home in a beautiful setting
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to find, easy to get into and was exceptionally clean. We were able to cook a full blown Thanksgiving dinner it was so well stocked. Every adult had their own bedroom. There is plenty of space to spread out or to hang out as a family and play games or watch movies. We will definitely be renting this property again.
