"Had a fantastic experience, the staff were nothing but impeccable and the overall stay was excellent! The pool & facilities there were great! The restaurant options was handy to have and of decent quality with MPW. Main negatives were lack of hand towels - seemed to be a shortage in the hotel as other people having this issue. Also doors weren't insulated too well as could hear lots of noise in corridors at night and early morning. The parking fee is also a joke for hotel guests - this should be either free or very good value. 4 nights equalling £40 is a bit of a joke. Overall though, had a really good experience despite being slightly worried with others feedback. Service though was perfect!"

"We stayed 1 night before an early morning flight, booked parking in the silver zone to include the night in the hotel. Easy to get to the hotel using the shuttle bus. Friendly reception staff, quick check in, warm, quiet, clean and comfortable room. We ate an evening meal in the bar, food was okay, drop key off for an easy check out. Will definitely stay there again if the need arises."

"If you can install a hand rail in the shower area were the bath tub is. In room 9, there is an extra small table & a chair, that's great but it will be better if you can add one small sofa kn the other side."

"What a gem of a place, stopover for us but great room with superb comfort. Excellent bed and pillows very clean and tidy. Breakfast is superb."
