"This hotel was extremely accommodating. Front desk staff were at the top of their game. I only stayed one night before returning to the city (had an interview in area) but would recommend the property for longer stays. My room was upgraded. Room service was promptly delivered and staff in their department were very friendly. The room was head to toe clean. Mattress was comfy. Pillows were a bit too hard but it was not a big deal. Kudos to the crew! Will rebook again at the hotel! "

"This is not my first stay at The Inn at Jericho. It’s been a while though. It’s always been a nice place to stay. Will always try to stay here if I’m in the neighborhood. Bathroom seemed newer, which is nice (not sure if it’s been renovated)."

"Arrived late on an overnight business trip and front desk Manager Shelly was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold options at the well stocked buffet and valet service was very convenient."
