Large double sink bathroom and Den are shared with one other guest, or private if other room is vacant. Hardwood floors throughout, air conditioning, access to kitchen, backyard/grill, washer/dryer in garage (detergent/dryer sheets included), beach cruiser bikes available to use for free, keyed lock on bedroom, regular professional cleaning every other week (and prior to guest arrivals). Not suitable for children/infants or pets. Cat lives here.
