Great overall property
Nice long garden for the dog as well as a walk towards and through the golf course to the beach
Idea location to visit hunstanton
Lovely cottage with well equipped kitchen (no coffee machine). Has 3 comfy beds and upstairs bathroom. Large garden for us and our two Miniature Dachshunds. Only 4 miles from Hunstanton and 15 from Kings Lynn.

Great location not exactly equidistant between the pub and beach but its very close . Cottage has everything and ideal and practical if you have a dog, plus a nice big garden for the dog to roam.
Love this cottage warm and welcoming, perfect for our dog holiday. Miles of beaches & pubs in Hunstanton (cafe shut for refurbishment) to enjoy. Will be back again no doubt!
Such an amazing location for the beach at Holme. Beautiful secluded garden and excellent facilities in the cottage. Will definitely come on a return visit. Thank you.
Had a very nice week at jasmine cottage, was only a short 5-10 min walk down the lane to get to the coastal walks. The Cottage was clean and tidy and had everything we required, with a nice garden. Hunstanton only a short drive or a long walk along the beach. Would recommend a stay especially if you enjoy the coast.
We have just returned from a very relaxing 4 days at the cottage . It is ideally situated for long dog walks , either in Land or on the beach . The amenities at the cottage are excellent and it has everything you’d need for your stay . We will be returning in the new year to experience more of the surrounding area .

Lovely property in a perfect location with ample parking. Well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended
The property is 10 min walk to the beach and costal path. 5 min walk to the White Horse pub. All shops within an easy drive.
Perfect location, close to the beach, pubs & shops
This is our 2nd time at this property. Beautiful cottage in a perfect location, close to the beach, pubs & shops.
Well equipped with everything you coild possibly need. The addition of the new wet room has certainly added to this cottage, however it wasn't key to our return. We will be booking again.
Very comfortable and well equipped accommondation with sun trap garden in a great location, being just a few minutes walk from the beach and pub. The 'entertaintment' at the pub must be experienced - check out the bad reviews on trip adviser ! We found it very amusing !

Good overall
Have stayed many times
Disappointed no logs left for wood burner
Love this property & its rural location but within walking distance along the beach to Old Hunstanton with its beach cafe etc. Updated downstairs bathroom much nicer. A lovely relaxing break will be back again!
This is my second stay at this cottage and I love it. I really don't understand the negative reviews. The cottage is clean, the beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped, there is a lovely conservatory and a good size garden. The refurbished downstairs bathroom looks good and the shower is great.
This is an old cottage and as such doesn't have high water pressure but it is more than adequate. I really think that the people moaning should perhaps look at booking more modern properties

The cottage is starting look tired and the down stairs shower is very, very poor
We love staying at the cottage and was going to rebook for next May - but with the surprised price increase we sadly aren’t going to bother.
Had a lovely time in the cottage it was well equipped and felt like home from home.
The extra room for washing/drying etc was brilliant and didn't have a problem with the walk in shower although small it was functional.
my only critic but on a personal level was the beds seemed very soft.
When we arrived we were not aware that the local pub was closed for refurbishment which was a shame as we wished to walk around the village rather than having to drive at night. If this could have been relayed by the owners before we arrived it would have helped.
The facilities were wonderful, a lovely place to stay and would consider staying here again.
Excellent holiday. This is our second visit two adults and three dogs. Weather was kind to us. We managed to take advantage of the garden which was well fenced and totally safe for the dogs. The cottage was warm enough that we didn’t need to light the wood burner. Kitchen well stocked. Lounge cosy and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. USB charging station on the landing very very useful. Ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach (or five minutes to the White Horse pub depending on the time of day).Turn left on the long sandy beach (dog friendly). Walk 2 km to the Beach Cafe for an amazing breakfast. Walk back through the sand dunes. We’ve already booked again for next year.
The cottage is lovely from the outside and its position in the village is perfect for walks on the beach or to visits to the pub! However, the cleanliness of the property was poor and everything is very tired. Downstair shower cubicle has black mould and is very small, kitchen fridge doesn’t shut properly, and the units are of poor quality. The heating is provided by storage heaters which were ok but rusty. The heat loss in the property must cost the owners a fortune!
