Access to walks across the Thornham marshes is a short walk away along The Green. Thornham also has its own beautiful, often deserted, wide sandy beach which is waiting to be discovered. The expansive beach at Brancaster with its resident seal colony is ten minutes drive way. The Coasthopper bus stops in the village, making it easy to get anywhere along the coast.
