"Facilities were nice and the location was fantastic. Right in the middle of activities in Pigeon Forge but the condo felt like it was away from the hustle and bustle, and we had a great view from our balcony. The rooms and amenities were nice and very comfortable. Could use a bit more cleaning under chairs and couches but overall, I would give it a great rating. "

The condo was nice and we were able to spend time with family. Could use some small things - good pan for the oven, small kitchen items. Overall we had what we needed. Great communications, I could tell Sally was wanting everything to be perfect, but things happen so that is what happened here. "The location was great for our plans. The roads heading back down were a little tight with the larger vehicles parked in the other rentals. The place could have used a little bit more attention to cleaning and could have used some more coffee/tea cups. Also (and this is petty) a full sized kitchen trash can. "We traveled for a baseball tournament for my 8 year old grandson at the Cal Ripken Experience and this location was perfect. We had 3 adults and 5 children age 10 and below and this 3 bedroom unit worked great for us. The 3 older boys don’t always like to sleep together so the bunk room had enough open space to add a blow up mattress. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed. My only complaint was the hall bathroom floor didn’t seemed to have been mopped great but...
