"I recently stayed at Kameha Grand Bonn and found the experience to be underwhelming. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that felt more like a bachelor pad than a relaxing, comfortable space. While the hotel staff was accommodating in allowing us to switch rooms to a smaller suit with a view of the Rhime, this came with an extra charge, which felt a bit disappointing given the circumstances.Overall, the hotel itself is just okay. "Arrived very late due to flight delay. Had to call hotel for airport transfe. The phone in the arrivals is for a different Leonardo hotel so there was some confusion. Reception was friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was lovely, beds ok.Fidnt stay for breakfast which was 22 each. Hotel is out on its own, we got an Uber into the city centre."

"For the price we paid the hotel is excellent value, the staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are basic bit more importantly clean and all you need for a long weekend stay. The breakfast buffet has a variety of options. We booked as its close to phantasialand, and would recommend it to anyone planning on a trip there. "

"Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it! "

"It was very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping malls and bus/tram stations. As a suggestion, it would be really nice if they can provide a bottle of water in the room as a complimentary service. "
