"It was the perfect location to rest after a long day in the national parks. It was not anything fancy, but it was very clean. The sheet and linens could be improved. The beds did not have top sheets and the towels were very small and rough texture. We did not use the kitchen at all. "

"Just what we needed! Silent, cozy, rustic hideaway, just 20 min's from Kings Canyon/Sequoia. Took gorgeous hikes each day, warmed up by the fire at night. Kitchen had everything we needed, and Li and Tali were always available, friendly, and generous with information and helpful tips. Thank you :) "

"This property was perfectly located for us to explore Kings Canyon National Park and Hume Lake for a few days. It's technically inside Kings Canyon Park, which saved us a lot of driving time each day. We wish we could have stayed there longer! The cabin has so much character and charm. We loved the fireplace in the master bedroom, multiple smart TVs and cozy kitchen. It's only a few minutes drive from the restaurant in Grant Grove Village and a very small market, but a far drive from any other...

"Loved this cabin! Great porch to sit outside for coffee and the views!! The property had lots of hiking trails and great viewpoints. Gave good recommendations for dinner in town. Parking was easy and great communication in terms of things to do in the area, access to cabin, hiking on property and where to grab essentials! Perfect spot!"

"Sandy the caretaker was lovely and did a good job, going out of her way to place fresh flowers and write directions to the park entrance. It has a very nice view and is quiet and remote. Furniture is quality and comfortable. But cats took over the porch, there was no heat, no cell reception, and the well could run out of water at anytime. Be ready for remote living."

"We loved waking up to the sound of woodpeckers in the morning. The outdoor shower was a great touch, and swimming in the chilly mountain river was peaceful, especially with no one else around, giving us a sense of seclusion. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. Kori was easy to work with and very responsive to any requests we had."

"We only spent one night and was able to enjoy the grants Grove of the Kings Canyon National park. Concerns that we had: 1. A Beautiful grill was provided, but The propane was empty. The closest propane is 25 miles away. 2. There are no smoke detectors in the unit. Due to the fact that there is an unvented gas heater as well as the water heater in side the cabin… Smoke detectors as well as a carbon monoxide detector should be, and pretty sure legally mandatory. "Lovely and spacious cabin in Kings Canyon Park. We stayed 4 nights in October. The cool nights made the pellet fireplace much appreciated. Plenty of outdoor seating for warmer weather. There’s so much to vist nearby that 3 days was not nearlt enough. We’ll be back."

"This cabin is so close to being amazing. It's a great location for getting into Sequoia National Park and is secluded enough that you can set up some chairs and enjoy some quiet stargazing. The cabin itself was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was the bathroom was falling apart to the point that we avoided using it altogether. If the bathroom door hinges were fixed and the walls made more permanent this would be a perfect place to stay"
