"This property was perfectly located for us to explore Kings Canyon National Park and Hume Lake for a few days. It's technically inside Kings Canyon Park, which saved us a lot of driving time each day. We wish we could have stayed there longer! The cabin has so much character and charm. "Lovely and spacious cabin in Kings Canyon Park. We stayed 4 nights in October. The cool nights made the pellet fireplace much appreciated. Plenty of outdoor seating for warmer weather. There’s so much to vist nearby that 3 days was not nearlt enough. We’ll be back."

"This place was perfect. The cabin was as advertised. The property itself was amazing. Two minute walk to the beautiful river. Maybe a 10-15 minute drive to the gates of Sequoia Park. I went fishing at the river both mornings of our stay and caught 3 species of fish in less than two hours of fishing. Communication from property manager was excellent. Hoping to come back soon. "

"Loved this cabin! Great porch to sit outside for coffee and the views!! The property had lots of hiking trails and great viewpoints. Gave good recommendations for dinner in town. Parking was easy and great communication in terms of things to do in the area, access to cabin, hiking on property and where to grab essentials! Perfect spot!"

"The house is clean, and the little kitchen is pleasant for cooking. However, one of the bedsheets had many dead bed bugs, so my friend ended up sleeping on the blanket instead. Additionally, the online listing information did not match the actual house setup. There were only two double beds and one twin bed. My other friend had to sleep on the living room couch, which couldn't be pulled out into a bed. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay."

The outdoor shower was a great touch, and swimming in the chilly mountain river was peaceful, especially with no one else around, giving us a sense of seclusion. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. Kori was easy to work with and very responsive to any requests we had."

The closest propane is 25 miles away. 2. There are no smoke detectors in the unit.
