"Die Umgebung ist in Ordnung. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Allerdings ist die Unterkunft innerhalb der Unterkunft selbst sehr veraltet. Vor allem die Grundausstattung war sehr abgenutzt. Trinkgläser, Taschen, Halsbänder zum Beispiel sind eine Ansammlung vieler verschiedener Dinge, die eigentlich besser nicht mehr verwendet werden sollten. Es gab nicht genügend Gläser."

"Een prachtige en unieke locatie om een sprookjestijd te beleven. Helaas was het onthaal in het kasteel ondermaats. Een storting moest als waarborg ontvangen worden alvorens de code van de deur werd gegeven. Niemand aanwezig om onthaal te doen. We moesten alles zelf uitzoeken. Bijgevolg 24h zonder verwarming gezeten in 9°C. Zonder onthaal was er ook geen inzage op de meterstanden om het verbruik te controleren aangezien deze achter gesloten deuren zaten.
