Beautiful resort. However, dirty, limited transportation to the area, do not allow Ubers through the gates, 1 hours from any activity in San Juan and you are in traffic 1.5hrs minimum. While staying at this resort, I woke up to a huge HOUSE ROACH in my bed with me on our very last day. Also had skin tags and welps. I was disgusted. Clearly I was sleeping with them each night without notice(thinking mosquitoes). I addressed it to front desk at checkout… Mr. Santana was very nonchalant as if he already knew that and only offered $100 off my booking. I also placed for my laundry to be cleaned, to find out at check out they never cleaned them. Better service and cleanliness will go a long way.

This property is old and needs updating, but that is understandable. The staff, not counting the front desk, just seemed not to care about any issues or questions. The bartenders both in and outside were so slow and not very friendly, even if no other customers were there. The worst part was there was no hot water the entire 6 days we were there, and we got no answers, no discount, not even an apology. Bad service.

The pools and greenery were nice. Convenient transportation. The windows and corners of the room were very dirty and the AC unit was very loud. Wait staff in the restaurant were friendly but need to pay more attention to orders. If you drive to this resort stay away from route 181 it's a very dangerous road.

This property don’t have elevators which is so inconvenient for older adults. They offer assistance but they expect tips for something you can do by yourself if they were having elevators. In addition, it’s extremely expensive and they have lot of charged after your stay. The GPS is not showing the exact location for this property. We spent 4 hours trying to get there. 👎👎👎
