Fairway Breeze Villa, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat in the exclusive Beach Village community of Palmas del Mar Beach Resort in Humacao, Puerto Rico. Enjoy breathtaking oceanfront and golf course views from the comfort of your own oasis. This multi-level unit offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room to enjoy your favorite meals. Dive into relaxation with direct access to the beach. With its prime location and impeccable amenities, Fairway Breeze Villa promises an unforgettable coastal living experience.

This villa offers AC throughout the entire property and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. This unit has a washer & dryer, a great amenity for a longer stay.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

#1: To access the villa, guests must take two flights of stairs. Important to know there is NO ELEVATOR. The property is located on the second floor.

#2: This property is a 3-level villa. Guests need to know that it has many staircases. To access all bedrooms, guests must climb a different set of stairs.

LIVING AREAS

Once you enter Fairway Breeze Villa you will take a flight of stairs to access the main level of the villa which offers an open concept layout that connects the dining room, kitchen, and living room. It has a beautiful 6-person dining table that offers spectacular views to the manicured golf course and the beach. The living room features a flat screen TV and an L-shaped leather sofa to comfortably watch your favorite shows. The living and dining room have access to the master bedroom beachfront balcony. The master bedroom is located on the main level of the villa.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The master bedroom, located in the main level of the villa, features a queen bed and a private terrace with 2 chairs and spectacular views. It offers a closet and an ensuite bathroom with tub. The two additional bedrooms are located on the second level of the property and they share a full bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds.

KITCHEN

Fairway Breeze Villa has a simple yet fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. It has a fridge with a freezer, microwave oven, oven, toaster, stove and a coffee maker. The kitchen is fully supplied and equipped with all the dinnerware and cooking ware needed for an extended stay. West Indies Vacation Rentals always ensures that guests have fresh dish soap and dish sponges for their stay.

GETTING AROUND

You will need to rent a car while staying at Fairway Breeze Villa to move in and out of the resort. There are also many activities within a 30-minute drive, which you will not want to miss out on. The villa includes one assigned parking spot. Ubers and taxis are not available in this area. Fairway Breeze Villa is about an hour from the San Juan airport.

LOCATION

Fairway Breeze Villa enjoys one of the most coveted locations within Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico. Guests can walk to the beach. The rest of Palmas del Mar's amenities are easily accessible by Golf Cart, which can be rented at Palmas del Mar. These include golf, tennis, a wide array of dining options, and various access points to the mile-long beach, marina, surfing, and mountain biking.

There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:

Golf at one of Palmas del Mar's two 18-hole Golf Courses. Tee times can be booked over the phone.

Tennis at the Palmas del Mar Athletic Club with 20 courts that include artificial grass, Har-Tru Clay, and hard courts.

Lunch or dinner at La Pescaderia, an oceanfront restaurant by the marina with some of the best seafood on the island.

Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.

Chill at the beach! It is within walking distance, is a mile-long, and has a great beachfront grill!

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase. Disclaimer: we are not associated with any travel insurance companies.

AMENITIES

West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.
West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.
Building quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels down during these hours out of respect to the neighbors.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
