Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und liegt weit über dem Standard. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber verkehrsgünstig genug um die Umgebung erkunden zu können. Die Abwicklung / Kommunikation des Mietverhältnisses war verbindlich, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Informationen in der Anzeige geben die Realität wieder."

"Ein in Einzellage gelegenes, großes Haus in ruhiger, malerischer Umgebung. Landestypische Ausstattung und Einrichtung genügen gehobenen Ansprüchen und gestatten eine kleine Reise in die Vergangenheit. Wir genossen unseren kurzen Aufenthalt sehr, nachdem wir das Bett in Eigenregie benutzbar gemacht hatten. Bei einem Problem mit der Heizung wurde uns aber prompt geholfen."

"The house has plenty of space , a bathroom with all needed comfort, a kichen whit lot of space and well equiped.There is a large patio with sunny place and shadow.Some of the beds could have better matresses. The envirement is very peacefull, there is a little harbour where there is a rowing boat at your disposition. You can do nice excurcions: Kalmar, north and sud of Oland, Borgholm, Pataholm, old ruine just outside Monsterras. We will come back!"

"Sehr nette Gastgeber. Check in problemlos über Schlüsselsafe. Das Haus ist in der puren Natur gelegen.Wer mal richtig runterkommen will - ideal! Aber Achtung! Nicht besonders geeignet für gehbehinderte Mitmenschen,die das Boot nutzen wollen. Angeln ist mehr was für Profis, die entsprechendes Equipment mitbringen.Der See ist voll von Fische(laut Echolot) - ist aber ncht so einfach, Erfolg zu haben. Der Fisch Scmeckt lecker. Kalmar ist ein Besuch wert!"

"The house is located in between two small towns. We enjoyed the closeness to the water as well as being able to walk and ride our bikes safely. The house itself is charming and gave a lot of space to the six of us. We did miss a second bathroom and some kitchen utensils. But since we knew what we had booked it was all fine."

"Dem Haus merkt man sein Alter an, aber das meiste ist vor nicht langer Zeit liebevoll renoviert worden. Es hat keine Waschmaschine, keinen Geschirrspüler und kein WLAN. Der Handyempfang ist aber gut wie fast überall in Schweden. Das Leitungswasser kann man nicht trinken, aber für Kaffeekochen ist es ok. Der Kamin funktioniert gut. Es gibt einen Schlüsseltresor, dadurch sind Check-In und Check-out sehr unkompliziert. Das Ferienhausgebiet Kiatorp wird von den Eigentümern selbstverwaltet und...
