"the hotel was OK for the price but one staff gave us wrong info about the towel dryer rack which didn't work. the sink did not drain well and the shower stall leaked water leaving the floor wet around it. Dinner was fine and the staff was great. At breakfast the buffet was often missing items that were not replaced"

"I loved everything about my stay. From the greeting on arrival, to the lovely room which has been given so much thought from design to the little things left for the guest, ear buds for example. The corridors give a great feel. The staff are super friendly and smiley. I loved it more than many hotels i have stayed."

"Very comfortable overnight stay. Lots of facilities and clearly a well-established tradition of pleasing guests. Excellent value. I was impressed enough to ask for a book of the Fletcher Hotels. I hope success will not price this lovely hotel out of reason anytime soon."

"The hotel is very nice. The service was very friendly, and the room was spotless. Perhaps the only drawback is the bathroom, since it has an exhaust fan running continuously, it is very cold in winter. But other than that, everything was great. The area is very nice to walk around, there are good cafes in the surroundings, stores and lots of green areas. Also, very good connection by train and bus to other cities like Utrecht and Amsterdam. "We were a group of 12 retired gentlemen staying for the 80th anniversary of the battle for Arnhem and this hotel was ideally situated, apart from the distance away from the Railway Station, this was a problem The staff, food, facilities and service was great, and we all enjoyed the trip and would use the hotel again."

"Cosy little building with two bedrooms, a living room, shower room and kitchenette. Comfortable, clean, nicely furnished. Outside, a large patio with seating for 8 people, two tables, a washing hangar and a lawned/grass area. All surrounded by trees and bushes/flowers. Althouhg next to the main road, it was quiet and peaceful. I will book again for next year!"
