"I know that motels in latin america are sex hotels. That is not why I am leaving a horrible review for them. When I arrived, they were very disorganized and had to call to figure out what expedia (hotels.com) is. Then they put us in room 34, which was tiny, had a moth the size of my hand in it, and in general very poor quality. "This is an amazing hotel, very friendly helpfull staff and superclean rooms. The view is spectular, and it is quiet but close to the city, easy acces to taxi's and the staff has different options for tours. Good breakfast. Good beds, and nice shower. The only thing is lacking is a fridge and a coffeemaker in the room, but the coffee in the restaurant is great so not a big problem."

"I will start with the good part: staff were friendly, helpful and patient with my limited Spanish skills. The room I received was poorly equipped and seemingly in midst of reconstruction. Although this was a budget decision and I didn't pay much, the price should cannot justify missing toilet seat and broken shower with one temperature: cold. The water was flowing in one stream like from a hose attached to the wall. The walls had numerous wet stains and dark spots that I decided I won't inspect...
