She kept apologising for her English… but we had no problem she was very easy to understand and told us so much about the local area. She went above and beyond with us. Only two minor points: the pillows are low quality and very thin, and the main ceiling light in our room didn't work, even after I asked reception to check it and replace the light bulb if necessary.
