A luxurious, yet family friendly chalet in a spectacular area of Alpe d'Huez. Ski-in/ski-out. Directly on the Tour de France road in summer. High volumes and ceilings. Giant sun deck to enjoy Alpe d'Huez famous sunshine. Jacuzzi & steam room. Hosts up to 12 guests. Bonnepierre is right on the slopes of Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine, at an altitude of 1880m. It belongs to an exclusive development of chalets, a short distance from resort center.
It hosts a maximum of 12 guests in 5 spacious bedrooms ; Bonnepierre is family friendly. It received the 'Famille Plus Label' in 2013 and is rated 5 stars.
The chalet is also ideal for non skiers with a private in-door Jacuzzi, and a hammam (Maroccan style steam room.)
You will enjoy the giant sun deck, facing south for drinks or luncheons. Why not picnic outside in the famous sunshine of Alpe d'Huez?
There are five luxury bedrooms all stylishly decorated, four of which have access onto balconies with stunning views over the mountains. The master bedroom has en suite facilities. Two rooms (one double, one twin) adjoin the same shower room, making them ideal for a family. An additional twin room has a shower room adjacent to it. The vast Alpine dormitory, with four single beds and an additional bathroom, is the ideal place for children.

Great Stay at Bonne Pierre
Bonne Pierre is a lovely Chalet located in a quiet suburb of Alpe D'Huez. The property is well equipped and we especially loved the log fire in the living area. Walking down to the nearest supermarket takes just 8 mins if you walk down the piste, but you need to get the bus back if you have heavy bags. Overall - we loved it!

Lovely spacious chalet for our group of 10, in a great ski in, ski out location. A few minor maintenance issues and the steam room was out of action for the whole of our stay (no advance notice of this) but these are are minor points in respect of a property we would happily return to.

Le chalet
Chalet de charme, au calme, bien équipé pour le ski. La conception architecturale est intéressante mais peu fonctionnelle notamment pour les escaliers très raides et les SDB ( pour la sdb avec baignoire en sous pente, on se cogne sur le plafond et on asperge le plancher, douches trop petites) Manque d’entretien de la batterie de cuisine, du four. La vaisselle n’est pas à la hauteur d’un chalet 5 étoiles : très disparate (bols , tasses à café,verres ,couverts en triste état) Manque de fauteuils ou canapés (inconfortables) pour le salon.

L’annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité
Mise à disposition du chalet prévue à 17 heures le samedi 27 janvier. A 17 heures le ménage n’était toujours pas commencé ! Nous avons attendu jusqu’à 18 heures pour nous installer avec un bébé d’un an après 9 heures de route. Le ménage a été très rapidement et à peu près fait : plat du four plein de graisse. Après information la propriétaire a dit : « ça peut arriver » Non Madame !!! quand vous louez un chalet 5etoiles de luxe. D’extérieur : très beau chalet avec emplacement merveilleux Par contre l’intérieur ne correspond plus à un chalet de luxe 5 etoiles : - volets électriques séjour inutilisables et bloqués à mi hauteur. -Les Portes des deux fours ne ferment plus. Cuisson compliquée -Robinetterie des sdbs vétustes difficiles à ouvrir et fermer, aucun mitigeur. - Partie salon : deux canapés et une chaise pour 10 personnes, impossible de prendre l’apéro tous assis. - 6 mugs ébréchés pour le petit déjeuner pour 10 personnes. - 4 tasses à café pour 10 - Couverts cassés - Obligation de mettre une serviette roulée en bas de la porte du hamam pour une bonne utilisation - Un fauteuil sur la terrasse cassé - Manque une planche à la rambarde - Rideau du séjour décroché sur une trentaine de cms.

Emplacement fabuleux sur les pistes!
Nous connaissons bien la station, mais le Chalet Bonnepierre fait vraiment partie des plus beaux chalets de l'Alpe d'Huez. Nous y avons séjourné en famille, et il y en avait pour tous les goûts: skieurs, randonneurs sont aux premières loges, mais les non skieurs ne sont pas en reste. Très beau spa! Merci pour un séjour formidable à la montagne.

Nous avons séjourné du 10 au 17 février dans cet élégant chalet. Il est très bien situé pour aller et revenir au ski à ski! ;) Ses espaces, ses volumes et ses aménagements sont modernes atypiques pour ne pas dire contemporains, tout en gardant l'esprit chalet. La motivation, le sérieux et la qualité des propriétaires, vous laisse imaginer qu'il sera, comme le bon vin, encore meilleur avec le temps. Des améliorations et investissements sont en cours pour garder un standing remarquable et agréable aux locataires.

Noël magique avec la neige et les sapins
De retour à Bonnepierre avec grand plaisir! Nous avons été accueillis avec Champagne et douceurs et surtout un joli sapin de Noël. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous séjournons au chalet, mais les prestations sont au top. Grâce au service de conciergerie, nous avions les forfaits à disposition et les cours de ski organisés pour les enfants. La décoration reste un mélange très réussi de confort moderne et de tradition montagnarde. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le chauffe-chaussures, qui permet d'enfiler facilement les chaussures bien sèches et chaudes avant de partir sur les pistes. La neige était très abondante et de qualité extraordinaire. Nous sommes partis skis aux pieds du chalet tous les jours et y sommes revenus de la même façon. Une bouffée de soleil et d'oxygène avant d'attaquer l'année 2018. Merci! Arnaud

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce magnifique chalet, aménagé avec grand soin. Je suis arrivée sur les genoux, le dos en vrac et la tête dans les migraines. Et suis repartie toute neuve après un séjour dans des conditions idéales ! Les enfants étaient au paradis et ma belle famille aussi. Equipements nickels. Spa au top. Cheminée magique. Même le piano est accordé ! Sans compter une équipe dynamique qui se met en 4 pour vous satisfaire. Nous reviendrons !

Amazing location and 5 star Chalet !
We spent two weeks in this wonderful Chalet. Ski in and ski out with direct access to the nearest runs and to the heart of Alpe d'Huez. The Chalet is beautifully equipped and extremely comfortable. Ideal for a family reunion of for a friends gathering. The owner's local team was very attentive, personable and extremely helpful for all details and logistics during our stay Needless to say we intend to return ...

What a beautiful and spacious place to stay. We had everything we wanted: excellent rooms, nice bathrooms, great kitchen, plenty of space for everyone. Sitting on the balcony or in front of the fireplace: it's all good. The management company is really attentive and nice. We will be back!
