"Beautiful property very friendly staff and great location We had dinner and was super . Breakfast delicious My only comment would be on the hotel and room temperature. Was so hot impossible to sleep. I tried to put the temperature down, don't think I was successful so switch on the fan Same in the lobby too high . Would be nice a room ambiance 20 degrees "

"I had the most comfortable stay at the family suite that made me feel like I’m at home. The bed and pillows had been the best that I had a good night sleep even on my first night and that rarely happens in all these years of travelling for work. The microwave and sink was an added bonus. I wish I could stay here until April whilst working in Gloucester but I needed a laundry facilities to wash my uniforms. Mona catered to all my needs and has been extremely accommodating. "

"Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too."

We were met by Joan who was extremely hospitable and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, etc. Very good breakfast which was freshly prepared to order. Property is conveniently located close to the town centre. Will definitely stay here again when next in the area."

"We were there for one night, because we were visiting the wwt Slimbridge. We had the delux suite because it had 2 armchairs to sit on. The room was outstanding and large, absolutely perfect. The bathroom was was very big and roomy. Just loved the whole thing. We ate in the bar for a evening meal and we had the gammon,egg and chips, it was so delicious 😋. "Set in the countryside the building is very impressive. There is ample parking but due to the hotels popularity one may have to walk a fair distance to get to the entrance. The entrance hall with its staircase is very impressive. On checking in the friendly receptionist gives you a map so you can find your room. This is a vital document as the route to ones room is a maze. We were upgraded and had a suite on two floors. Arriving late we had dinner in the Atrium. The food was good. The next morning we had breakfast in the Restaurant which was excellent. Prior to leaving we walked round the grounds which every guest should see."

Great get away.

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious, lots of choices for diners. Breakfast was buffet style, very varied and the view from the dining windows looked over the grounds. All in all, an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend. "

"I added a note to my booking to ask info and to ask for extra duvet. Got swift answer and spare duvet ready when we checked in. Staff friendly, sofa bed good size, room clean and included bedroom was very lovely. Also great location with good food in pub just across the car park"

Excellent weekend break

"Had an excellent 2 night break. No delays or issues checking in, friendly greeting, everything was explained. Room was clean, tidy and bigger than expected. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - food was delicious, great service made it a lovely relaxing experience. Breakfast the next day was good, no shortage of choice and freshly cooked buffet and continental food. One issue - one of 2 coffee machines was broken (these things happen), the other on a go slow, so there were queues which could have been better managed, worked around"
