Front desk put in genuine effort to get me into a room as quickly as possible and made efforts to make me as comfortable as possible while waiting. Their efforts and friendly nature were noted and greatly appreciated. "

"Great hotel in a great location with free onsite parking. Suite was very clean and had a separate sitting area, full-size refrigerator, and dishes. Room was quiet and staff were all friendly and helpful. This hotel is a home away from home. We highly recommend wormtown taproom and volturno pizza, both just a short walk from the hotel. If you’re headed to Worcester, this is the place to stay!"
