"Great value for money. Some 3-4 km from center of Zakopane, but easy to get to by bus or taxi. Large rooms, food breakfast. "

"It takes only ten minutes to walk to the city center, or to the public bus station to go to different attractions. The transportation is convenient. There is a supermarket and different restaurants nearby, and is just next to the water park, making it ideal for family stays."

"It was a nice hotel in a good location. Around a 5/10 minute walk to the main town street. Staff were always friendly and approachable. Was lovely and extremely quiet throughout the night. I personally found breakfast lacking but it was more suited to the Polish taste (which is understandable considering it's a Polish holiday resort)"

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the...

"The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too. My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. My sheets came off one night and there was lots of old hairs on the mattress which gave me the jeebies. The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. "Fantastic stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and food at the restaurant very good. A little bit in an expensive side but well presented and tasty. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. There is lots to do for kids and adults and the view from our room was fabulous. We will definitely stay again."
