Disliked: Staff & service
Tratamos de comunicarnos por 5 dias por telefono. Pero nadie nunca nos contesto. Arrivamos a las 6 am y tocamos la puerta por 1.5 horas. Al final nos atendieron por la ventana y nos dijeron que no habia habitacion. Le explicamos que teniamos reserva, pero no les importo. Esperamos hasta las 8 tocando la puerte y luego nos fuimos. Fue un desastre de experiencia con este hotel.
