優點多，缺點少
很讚，就是老屋改造的樣式。乾淨俐落。可能風比較大，對外木窗會振動，我們用面紙把窗戶塞著，就沒聲音了。 路邊車輛的聲音也聽的到。（就老屋老窗） 住203號，角角2樓房間， 美中不足的是，一段時間就會有「壓縮機」啟動的低頻噪音。

悠閒的老房子，慢活花蓮
老闆人很親切，入住兩天直接幫我升等房間，原本預訂房型是空間小的兩人房，他看我們的行李多，馬上幫我們換 - 大間雙人房或四人房，讓我們選！（基本上，連續入住老闆都會幫你升等，希望客人可以住的舒服） 非常感謝老闆，讓我們入住兩天都有大空間（兩個行李箱都能打開）、一人一大床睡起來很舒服（不是軟床，硬度剛好）。 廁所非常大，公共空間提供基本設備讓你使用，還有戶外空間（有大樹在的感覺非常好）、提供洗衣機，非常推薦入住（尤其是連續入住、喜歡生活感的人） 看海散步範圍：花蓮港、北濱公園 附近有中一豆花、異舍廚坊、7-11、早餐店，吃東西買東西方便。

Great place to stay!
Friendly staff and great location. There are plenty of snacks to choose from around the hotel. Also, I like its spacious bathroom which full of sunshine.
