"I loved every minute of our stay at the Pavana retreat. The rooms were beautifully appointed with new furnishings, excellent air conditioning, good internet wifi and a lovely view across the pool. Most importantly it was quiet; something that I haven't experienced in a while. The weather in February is perfect, cool mornings (16 deg) and warm dry days (30 deg)."

"Guests should note this is a pet friendly hotel which is rare in Thailand. It’s obvious from the decorations (and hotel name!) and each room comes with a custom made dog bed. "Loved our stay, the property was so hopeful and found us a driver to the temples in Chiang Rai when our driver didn’t show. Very clean and beautiful property and close to the airport with shuttle is nice."

"The staff and the grounds were amazing! Staff was very kind and helpful with every need. The food here was amazing in all three cafes/restaurants. Getting GRAB was super easy here. The hotel is in a location close to a couple of markets - so really you have everything you need. Thank you for everything "

"The breakfast is really good and the lady’s that serve there were so sweeet! The receptionist and security guard were super helpful and sweet as well! The rooms were nice and spacious and came with a microwave which was very convenient. Housekeeping also did a spectacular job as well!"

"This was a fantastic hotel!!! Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had breakfast there pretty much every morning because most places weren’t open early enough. The only complaint (and it is not them) is that it was very difficult to sleep because the bars across the street were soooo loud and would play music till after midnight. Otherwise the stay was amazing!!! "

"We had a great stay at the Chaya. In particular the staff were all very friendly and attentive. As for the room, it was very clean, spacious and kept to a high standard. We didn’t have breakfast and didn’t tour the local area so can’t comment, but for the pool and the room we would highly recommend this hotel. Short taxi away from the airport and the Old town and local enough for tours to collect us from the hotel. "
