"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area. Good evening meals available in the dining room. What didn't work is that we booked a room for 3 people. There were only supplies for 2 people. The bed for the 3 person was a very uncomfortable roll away / folding cot - NOT ACCEPTABLE ! "

"We rented the Honeymoon Villa for our 43rd anniversary splurge. Right on the beach. Sand at my fingertips. I loved it. It was a dream come true. The villa itself tho, is dated and dark. It is a beautiful wooden interior, and that needs to be saved, but a few bright lamps would help. There is a loud, nighttime, beach side, bar in the evening. It's really fun!! 😀 The staff there are awesome. And always acknowledged us, thank you! Overall, I really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Nice...

"When springy bed one Thai bed rockhard. Loved seeing the elephants walk by all the time and swimming in the ocean with them. They were definitely a highlight. It was great fall asleep. Dreaming of elephants had a lot of fun walking along the shoreline, stopping at the fancy resorts For happy hour cocktails. excellent massages"

"Pen was phenomenal. English-speaking and very helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Pen made our stay wonderful. This is a beautiful resort in the middle of nowhere, which was just the getaway we were looking for. We did get a taxi to White Sand Beach one day and I was glad we didn’t stay there because it was too touristy. At night at Parama, all you can hear are birds and frogs. Paradise. "

"Property in need of renovation, the furniture and bathroom very much worn but still usable and served our purpose. Our bedding had small stains reliably after every change although I am sure they were clean. Location is beautifully serene but extremely isolated, so not even a shop to purchase amenities or snacks. Overall was a lovely quite recluse stay but requires some major maintenance and staff work to meet that 4 star experience. "

"A nice centrally located hotel on White Sand Beach. The hotel is on two sides of a busy road. Two pools with the larger hill side pool the pick of the two. We’d stay here again. "

"On arrival we had to hunt for a person to check us in. The first impression was walking into a dirty office with a two feet high pile of dirty laundry. Room was ok very hard bed. Breakfast was not wonderful. The staff away not very friendly. Cleaning your room was two water and a roll of toilet paper. Room was never cleaned. Place needs some TLC. "
