"I love this place And the crew!"

"This property is a great value for the money and has an amazing location. It's right next to the longtail boat/water taxi area for Railay beach and a 10 minute walk or less to everywhere else in the area. The rooms could use updating/upgrades, but they are in a gorgeous botanical garden-like setting with multiple pools. Amazing wildlife and ponds can be found around every corner. The grounds stretch almost to the east side of the peninsula and are accessible only to guests. There are many spacious villas with beautiful whirlpool tubs in separate bathing rooms. The air conditioning works well, and there are free beach towels and beach bags for use. The breakfast buffet is about at the standard for Thailand with several decent options. You can sit and eat right on the edge of the beach. Right around the corner is the main walking street with many other food options and shopping. "

"Our family came back from this property after staying for 4 nights. We enjoyed it so much, we stayed another night (after deciding not to go to Ao Nang for our last night). The staff at the front desk were always helpful and lovely. I thought that the staff at the breakfast buffet could smile a little more - that's all but that is just me being picky."

". The only downside is getting here because he can only get here by boat and it’s a really long time. Also, if you come in at low tide, it’s a hell of a long walk down the pier and there’s nobody waiting for you so you have to bring your own bags for about a quarter of a mile. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are great as well. Great proximity to the beach. "

"Incredible stay at this beautiful, quiet eco resort. The customer service was outstanding from everyone but in particular Slind, who hosts the evening dinner at the hotel restaurant and the lunch service at the near by Na Mi Chay Cafe. Nothing was too much to ask from Slind and he was always one step ahead in addressing needs and wants from customers. All of this with a big smile and positive attitude. He was lovely to speak to and makes a huge difference to the experience of staying at Venice Krabi. "

"Beautiful property with a terrific pool and private villas. For whatever reason, they don’t showcase the best photos so make sure to click through all of the pictures. We paid around 10,000thb per night in March for a private villa with a pool, which felt like a good deal. We still went to the resort pool each day to socialize and have a few drinks at the swim up bar (happy hour bogo cocktails for around 300 thb). Breakfast was comparable with all of the other resorts we’ve stayed at in Thailand. The food at the restaurant was resort prices (300thb for pad Thai) but surprisingly good. Small Chang beers for 120thb though so instead walk to a nearby convenience store and stock up for your room for closer to 70thb/large beer. Note, this is not facing a usable beach. Instead it faces small patches of mangroves, but it’s only a few minute walk to the regular Railay beaches. The hotel arranged our private transportation via email the day before our arrival. It was 1200thb and included airport pickup to the Ao Nam Bao pier then a private long tail boat to East Railay Pier. We had to carry our own luggage to the resort along a fully paved sidewalk. The return trip was 1600thb and the bellhops carried our bags to the boat. We’ll definitely be back and we’ll bring pool floats for the villa pool next time :)"
