"The hotel is beautiful. Clean and well maintained. The staff are unbelievably friendly. The breakfast selection is immense My only complaint was when we dined in the Blossom restaurant, the food was cold. Other than that it was a great stay. Highly recommended"

"Pros: Staff !!! There were so kind and respectful we left like we were VIPs and they treated us like the only guests they had. We have never been treated so well in our vast travels. The take hospitality to a new level. They made a delightful towel swan display with rose petals to welcome us. Delicious breakfast included. The room was lovely, and had nice balcony overlooking well maintained pool and grounds. Perfect location as was walking distance to night markets in town, etc. Overall A ."

"Rooms were good and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very nice and plenty of it. Stayed 3 nights, had an issue with the AC on the 2nd day, staff immediately moved me to another room and helped move my belongings as well. Price for value is excellent! I would stay again. "

"I had a one night stay in Chiang Mai to tour the temple's. I arrived super early and couldnt check into my airbnb yet. I booked this location last minute. With the limited time I had, the location to the places i wanted to visit were super close. The tik tok Viral Lalitta Cafe wasn't far from it either. You do have the option to included breakfast for an additional fee (very inexpensive). This hotel cleanliness was top tier. Not sure if its newly built but its definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommended this location to give a try and book again if i ever visit again. Excellent customer service, especially from Jinnie and the young lady that is apart of the kitchen staff (i forgot her name) but she was super polite and helpful. She helped me arrange my transportation to the airport as well. It has a nice waiting area, inside and such a relaxing outside sitting area. Clean pool, with bathroom, shower, and loungers outside For me, and my needs this hotel was a 10 out of 10."
