It was easy to find and a great location to get to tons of spots in the Golden Circle, day trip to the Katla ice caves, the lava tunnel, etc. The recommendation to the hike and hot spring was so fun- hard hike almost straight up hill but totally worth it for the views and soak at the end! "Greg and Magnea were amazing hosts. Their property is absolutely perfect for a big group like ours were. Plenty of rooms so you can spread the group out while also having big community areas to all hang out in. You could also spread out and have smaller group hangs outs as well. I could go on and on about how amazing this place was!"

"Our stay at the Lake Palace was wonderful. The home is beautifully situated, spacious, and well equipped. The host was very accommodating and provided a crib and high chair for us to use for our little one. Soaking in the hot tub with a view of the mountains was an incredible way to unwind after a day of hiking. We highly recommend staying here!"
