"One of our favorite stays in Iceland! We arrived pretty late into the night but there was no hassle checking in. Room was clean, bed was comfy! Take advantage of the hot tub, it was a treat soaking under the northern lights. To top it all off, a delicious complimentary breakfast buffet."

"The pictures are misleading. We never saw that small cottage and we never saw that large dining room. Perhaps because there really wasn't much service. Everything was left up to the guests, including washing your own dishes and putting them away with the same towel that everyone else used. The rooms were too small, we could barely fit our suitcases. "Great property with friendly staff. The room and the shared bathroom are very clean. The dining area and the kitchen on the second floor overlooks the sea with incredible view. The complementary breakfast is really good. There is a small library area with a lot of books for bookworms. Not far away from the property cross street from the church is a nice restaurant with great food, service and nice views as well. "to check in you have to call costing you an international roaming charge. check in information could easily be supplied by email. room was nice and clean. kitchen roomy. low rating is for bad check in process and there was NO toilet paper. also breakfast to be ready at 8am was no-where to be seen at 750am. so we left on empty stomachs... parking is "free" but you have to find street parking. no big issue tho. walkable to dinning options "
