"Comfortable apartment, towels and sheets were clean and bed was comfy. The overall cleanliness was not good. Kitchen counter, floors and bed headboard were dirty. Wiping down everything would have made a great difference. "

"This property was adorable! Be prepared for steps.. lol The area is beautiful and the view is great! I would definitely stay here again! Calvin was very responsive and so nice. Excelente! 😁"

"Getting in was a hassle because I didn't receive the code but after we worked that out things were great. Place is clean and bed is comfortable. Weird there's no hot water in kitchen or bath sinks but shower is super hot. Little yard outside door is a nice touch. Despite listing there is not a washer/dryer and you go through clothes quickly in the heat. A/c cools the place down nicely. Kitchenette is nice to have. I will be back."

"Simple decor (in a good way). Clean and felt safe. Nice little area with steps to the beach for a nice sunset if you don’t want to travel. Must have a car to travel to nearby towns and beaches. We went into Rincon for restaurants and the art walk. Aguada is off the beaten path and rincon has more to do and see. Would recommend and would do it again"

"This is our second stay at this condo. We love the location. It's within walking distance to the beach, shopping, eating, and groceries. The condo is big enough for my family to stay together during the vacation. The host is very responsive to questions. will "

"We are right across from jobos beach, plenty of restaurants, kiosks and best of all, local attractions, surfing, stores like walmart 15 minutes away. Loved the food ditch the car and enjoy the walk with bike and hiking trails. It has it all."

Love love love

"This was the hotel that made me think that if you do your work with love and have a good relationship with your coworkers (or at least seem like it), it will show positively to the guests too. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and seemed like were family to each other. I loved the extra detail and effort they put in. For example, when we asked for beach towels, they could have just honored our request. But, instead they go the further distance of mentioning "by the way we have umbrellas and chairs too, do you want those as well"? Situations like these has happened many times. I felt the front desk was really patient with me with my questions too. I loved the decor and the detail (e.g. the spherical "plants" around the hotel). I felt very comfortable there. Only negative things I can think of is there was this awkward step in our room leading to the bathroom that I stumbled the first few times on, with me not getting used to it yet. Also, I tried having an Amazon delivery sent there, but it ended up getting sent back because their listed address isn't the address you're supposed to use, but they should be sent to a PO Box instead. I think when I called the place to check on this they didn't mention it (and I believe they said the listed address would be good and to just make sure to include my name). This may be the same around all of PR? I want to come back and wish I could have booked more nights to try out more of the amenities and explore the area!"
