"We stay in Shipshewana a lot but this was our first time at the Farmstead. Check-in was quick and easy. We were located the last room before the breakfast buffet and pool and thought it might be noisy, but it wasn't. Very spacious room. The mattress was hard, so if you like a firm mattress, room 121 would be for you! Breakfast was a short hot buffet with a few items there, plus a full array of things like bread for toasting, bagels, cereal, waffle makers, pancake maker, muffins, milk, chocolate milk, coffee, etc, etc. Many options. We did not use the pool but did get in the hot tub one night. We were in town for a concert at the Blue Gate PAC and this hotel is about two buildings over to the north. Very convenient. Could walk it in good weather. We would definitely stay here again."
