"Two night stay, Feb 2025 Overall had a great stay, the Hotel is warm and comfortable and the refurbished decor is lovely. "The property is under construction so hard to get luggage through the gravel down the hill to the suites. Large construction vehicles driving around. Very limited communication, we never got an email (despite it saying we would) about how to check in and just kind of found the kiosk and process ourselves. ..."

"I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. ..."
