Guests staying in the cottage have full facilities, kitchen, dining area, laundry, tv lounge with open fireplace, new bathroom, as well as new outside shower. Outside, covered verandas and gas BBQ.
Lots of areas to chill in the house and garden where you can relax, chat and read. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook anything from a gourmet meal to a simple cheese toastie. Appliances include gas oven and cooktop, coffee machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The two spacious bedrooms are furnished for your comfort with garden / country views where you can spot the resident goats, neighboring cattle and sheep as well as kangaroos and wallabies roaming. The bedrooms feature queen sized beds.
The cottage has a new modern bathroom with free standing shower offering rural views through the uniquely placed windows. There is also a new outside shower.
The lovely large garden offers expansive rural views from the front and back verandas. The small creek on the north-eastern perimeter adds to the property's country charm.
To ensure your comfort during the summer months, powerful fans and a mobile air-conditioner are provided. The open fireplace and electric blankets on the beds ensure you are cozy and warm during winter months.
The property is a bee sanctuary for European honey bees as well as native bees. The hives are a safe distance away from the house from where guests can safely enjoy observing the bees go about their business.
