Located directly opposite Hove Park, our home away from home is the perfect base to explore all that Brighton and Hove offer. Tucked away in a quiet residential area of Hove, you will enjoy a blissful, comfortable, and peaceful stay at my home but still have the hustle and bustle of Brighton and Hove, only a 10-minute walk away.
You're within walking distance of Hove's amenities, five minutes from Hove train station, and ten minutes from the seafront!
Our space comprises a vibrant living room, dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms.
The first bedroom is warm and roomy, has a comfortable king-size bed, and is equipped with a TV. Our cosy second bedroom also features a double bed for relaxing sleep and a smart TV to entertain you.
Our bathroom has a toilet, shower, bathtub, and a separate standalone toilet on the property.
Last but not least, garage parking can accommodate a medium-sized car.
The flat is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

This area is perfect for family visitors wanting some peace and quiet from Brighton & Hove's main hustle bustle. Within walking distance of Hove Park, a large and beautiful park with tennis courts a play area and plenty of trees and plants. This area is residential, yet is still within walking distance of some of Hove's best pubs and restaurants including: Wolfies of Hove, The Urchin & Giggling Squid.
Train: The nearest train station to the property is Hove. However if you are coming from out of town get a train into Brighton Station. From there take the train to Hove station or the number 7 bus to the Old Shoreham Road stop and the property is a short walk from there.
Bus: There is great bus links in Brighton and Hove. Head to The Drive Road or Old Shoreham Road for links around town.
Airport: The nearest airport is London Gatwick. From there take the Gatwick Express/Southern/ Thameslink to Brighton railway station then catch the number 7 bus to the stop Old Shoreham Road stop and the property is a short walk from there.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
