"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city."

"Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. I did communicate with smart flats whilst there, they said that they would sort it out but unfortunately they didn't whilst we were there for the two nights. The shower wasn't that...

"Huge 2 bedroom apartment in a great location, could do with a bit of TLC but it was clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed, but could have done with more towels. WiFi was slow but it did work."

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"Great location, very big and spacious but stains on the seating were very noticeable and light didn’t work in one toilet TV but no tv remote "

"HEALTH HAZARD! The bathroom was filled with visible mould everywhere, taps were leaking, living room lights didn't work, the kitchen was dirty, the TV wasn't functioning and it was an overall bad experience. The only good thing about it is its location near the centre."

"Very poor hygiene, light not working, chair broken, loud noise at night."

"I want to discuss a full refund due to the fact that we didn’t even end up staying at this flat. There were some sort of ticks and insects ALL over the beds, ceiling and walls. It was unsantitary in so many levels. The stairs were flooded and lights didn’t work."

"Some moulding on wall due to a water leak of some kind. It did not affect any functionality, however, the space was damp and mouldy smelling. The utensils were difficult to locate as they were in a cleverly hidden slide drawer which required communication to locate. "Whenever I get a chance, I always stay at this hotel with the family when we come to visit my mother-in-law. It is located in the vibrant area of the city, close to everything we like in Brussels. The rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. The staff at the reception is friendly, helpful and super professional."

"Spacious rooms, modern, quiet, with all the necessary amenities, and good size closet. Walking distance from many great restaurants, bars, and shopping stores. The check in and checkout are both easy, staff friendly and speak English fluently. Hotel provides umberellas to rent (2 euros for 48hr), which was a great option considering both days we were there it was raining. Will stay here for sure next time travell8ng to Brussels. "

Fantastic stay

"First class hotel. Room very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Amazing view of the city from both the lounge and room. Staff amazing so courteous helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic the best buffet breakfast I have ever had in Europe. The restaurant again the same as breakfast was amazing. Hospitality is clearly something this hotel staff want to provide to their guest and I will definitely stay here again as my only hotel choice for Brussels "

Great city center option, safe for solo travelers

"The staff was very friendly and the location of this hotel is 10/10. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Can hear some noise from room, but I’ve found this pretty typical with most places I’ve stayed in Europe so it wasn’t bothersome. Full size bed and en suite bathroom were great, and the bed was topped with one of the comfiest blankets I’ve ever slept with. Pillows are a bit small but overall a great stay and fabulous location! There is also a cute cat on the property but he is skiddish lol "
