I checked in here and checked into a dirty room. The bedding was covered in stains, including a blood stain, along with various, random hairs on the "clean" sheet. After they moved me to a second room that was dirty, I asked for a refund. They told me since I booked through Expedia, they would need to issue the refund and that they would call them to confirm.
I left the hotel and booked another, as they made it clear I would get a refund.
When Expedia contacted them, they denied the refund, claiming I had taken a shower. I did not use the shower, but if I had and then found the bed to be filthy, that would still not be on me. It would not surprise me, though, if the shower was already dirty. I did not check.
I attempted to call the hotel, but they seemed to have blocked my phone number in anticipation of my call.
