Location was good. Close to hospitals and food. Safe area. Hotel was older and could use updates. The room had many things that didn’t work- lights, remotes. We had to change rooms. Then they tried to have someone else check in to our room while we were there. Breakfast was unappealing.

Check-in was great. All the staff were friendly. It wasn’t a far drive from the Methodist Hospital. Elevator and halls felt like a sauna, but our room cooled off nicely. There was a dirty sheet on the floor by the elevator when we got off on our floor upon arrival and it was still there when we left the next morning. We didn’t ask why. We just went about our business. All we needed was a place to sleep and they fed us a quick, easy breakfast. It was affordable and we will stay again if needed.
