With 3 KING beds, 4 FULL beds, 2 SINGLE ROLLAWAY beds, 1 futon sofa, and 2 sofas, this luxurious retreat can accommodate up to 20 guests in total comfort. Each bedroom features a Smart TV, ranging from 32 to 65 inches, ensuring that you'll have all the entertainment you need to unwind and relax.

To that end, we are pleased to offer a complimentary "starter pack" of essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags for your convenience upon arrival at The Regency Blu. Our goal is to provide a warm and welcoming experience from the moment you step through our doors. Please note that while we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, it is the responsibility of our guests to replenish any supplies that may be depleted beyond our starter pack. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all of our guests can enjoy a pleasant and hassle-free stay at The Regency Blu.

Our driveway can accommodate up to 2-4 cars, depending on their size. You won't have to worry about parking on the street. The Regency Blu is located on a residential street, and we kindly ask our guests to park only in the designated space in front of the house to avoid any inconvenience to our neighbors.

Guest access
As our valued guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire house, with the exception of the attic, the locked supply closets, the garage, and all locked cupboards/closets.
Other things to note
We kindly ask that you do not plan any parties during your stay. Our focus is on providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, we strictly prohibit parties and events, and any guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Thank you in advance for understanding and respecting this rule.
Our check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. If you need an early check-in, you can request it the night before your arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please note that early check-ins are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any requests made outside the one day window. Late check-outs can also be requested up to two days before your departure, subject to availability, and for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Late check-outs are not allowed past 4 pm, and any unapproved late check-outs will be charged.
For the protection of both our guests and the property, we have A/V surveillance cameras outside the property, which record audio and video throughout your stay. Please note that there are no cameras inside the house. We also kindly ask that you refrain from mailing packages to the property, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Please be aware that our property is located in a busy area and some noise is to be expected. If noise is a concern for you, we recommend considering alternative accommodations. Also, as we are situated near open fields and wooded areas, it is possible to encounter wildlife during your stay, including insects and small animals. We take measures to minimize their presence, but please understand that we cannot fully control nature, and we do not offer refunds in such cases.
Finally, we strive to maintain all of our appliances and amenities in good working order, but if you encounter any issues, please let us know within 24 hours of check-in so we can address them promptly. We do not offer refunds due to unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, water shortage, flooding, severe weather conditions, construction noise, or mandatory evacuations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
