We're now extending our services to assist MISPLACED FAMILIES impacted by catastrophic events. Please contact me before renting, specifying the duration needed. I prefer to meet families beforehand. Note, personal items remain on the property, as I reside there. Approval required for pets. WEEKLY rates may be negotiable.

Welcome to our family-oriented home, perfect for vacation getaways. Enjoy the expansive pool ranging from 4ft to 9ft, with a SIGNED WAIVER required prior to use. The cabana area and gas grill BBQ pit are ideal for gatherings. Feel free to utilize the entire house, appliances, and dishes, excluding closets and the garage. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master and queen beds in bedrooms 2 & 3. The game room offers entertainment with a pool table and TV. Upon departure, kindly clean up and restore items to their original order. Extended stays receive discounts, please inquire. Parties/events require prior approval, and no large parties are permitted. Please review attached parking and pool guidelines. Graduation parties are NOT allowed. Enjoy your stay!

The home was wonderful, the neighborhood was peaceful, the backyard was amazing and very sufficient for my event. Had no problems from neighbors, everything was a success! Home owner Phyllis was extremely nice and welcoming!

The house was beautiful neighborhood quiet and we enjoyed our stay. I like the owner as well. She was inviting, accessible and knowledgeable about the rental process. I definitely recommend HomeAway and particularly this house as I get away spot!

Lovely house & neighborhood
If I ever decide to rent another house for vacation, would def. go back here again (especially to use the pool). On my stay it rained so I wasn't able to use the pool, but it's a ton of other things to enjoy. The owners were also really nice & helpful. Would really recommend this house too anyone!
