- Extra Guest Fee: $5/person/night applies for guest counts over 6 people, whether staying overnight or visiting.
- Guests are responsible for declaring accurate guest counts at the time of reservation and updating us promptly if there are changes.
5. Noise: Respect quiet hours from 8 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in removal without refund.
6. Parking: Maximum of 2 cars allowed in designated parking spots in the lot. Street parking is permitted where allowed by street signs, but availability is not guaranteed. Improper parking may result in fines or towing. Do not park on the grass, block other vehicles, driveways, or mailboxes.
