Great Value near Memorial Drive, Houston
Clean, modern one-bedroom apartment with large kitchen and generous bathroom with bath-tub. Extremely convenient location on Katy Hwy on west side of Houston. Garage parking with direct access into building. Very polite and helpful property manager. Walking distance to small shopping malls and food chains. Large complex with long hallways, but surprisingly quiet. Pool not open. In sum, a great value near top Memorial neighborhood!!
