Kemah Breeze - Walk to Kemah Boardwalk, restaurants and shops!

Cozy and charming, Kemah Breeze is located just steps away from the Kemah Boardwalk— considered to be one of the premier boardwalks in the country. This classic Texas vacation home has sleeping space for ten people. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of space to spread out for privacy or enjoy each other's company in the dining and living areas. When you’re ready to explore, the themed restaurants, shops, and amusement rides of the Kemah Boardwalk are right around the corner.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Parking: We have room for up to 3 cars in the driveway.

Pet policy: Pets are NOT allowed at the home

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 6 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Pets are NOT allowed in the home
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
