We booked thru Expedia and the motel clerk said the motel was full and we could not have a room . They said they called Expedia and told them to take them off the website but they didn’t and it was not up to them to refund us our money. The motel clerk was very RUDE and mean!!! It was a husband and wife team! The motel needs to be condemned right away! Please do not stay there

I did not like the fact I was told the pool was open and it wasn’t, the pool was dirty and it was closed! The sink was dirty and I was awaken with the sink overflowing from the pipes! The hotel is very outdated!! The staff was very nice and respectful!! The toilet had a piece hair on it! One of the beds didn’t look freshly made up!!

The key cannot open the door. I asked for another key and they told me every time I go out and come back to tell them they will open the door. It's very inconvenient. and my room is on the 3rd floor and I have to walk up because the roof elevator doesn't work.

Check in was chaotic. People with reservation were being turned away. Checkin person was rude. Took 2 hours to get my room and it was already occupied. Moved to a different room that ac barely worked(95 degrees outside) and no TV. Room was on 4th floorand elevator didnt work.

When I got to the hotel, I was told that there was no room. The manager said he told EXPEDIA at 7AM that they are fully booked but I somehow I managed to book a room. There were at least forty angry people waiting for a room a couple of them booked through Expedia too. I ended up taking whatever they had even though it wasn’t what I booked. The room was barely ready and I would assume maintenance people are still working on it since curtains are still on the floor and the fridge, microwave and coffee maker were not even plugged in. Elevators weren’t working and it was very hot in the lobby and hallways of the hotel and it smells like people are cooking in their rooms. Maybe a better communication with the hotels to ensure that rooms are in fact available.
