We’re located just 3 miles from 610/N and Ella Blvd, in a transitional area of Houston that’s very close to The Heights and Garden Oaks. You’ll have quick access to major highways and some of the best food and culture the city has to offer.
It’s urban, evolving, and just minutes from everything you need.

🚭 No Smoking or Substance Use
Smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances inside the Tiny Home is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a $350 smoke remediation fee — no exceptions.

🐾 Pet Policy – We’re Pet Friendly, But Respectful
We welcome your furry friends with a few important guidelines:
• 2-pet maximum per stay
• $100 pet fee per pet, invoiced separately
• Please provide your pet’s breed and size when booking
• Pets must remain leashed at all times outdoors
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage
We love pets—but we also love clean spaces and a great experience for the next guest.

⚠️ Neighborhood Transparency
We believe in being honest and upfront:
This home is located in a working-class, transitional neighborhood. Some homes are fully renovated, others are still in progress.
What to expect:
• BBQs and music in the evenings
• Fireworks during holidays
• Stray dogs may occasionally be seen—please don’t walk pets off the property
• The unit sits on wheels and has a few steps to enter—watch your footing
• Guests stay at their own risk for any slips, trips, or accidents

We routinely fumigate and take cleanliness seriously. However, due to our natural setting and the compact size of the unit, you may occasionally encounter a bug (alive or not). It’s rare—but it’s real life.

❄️ Air Conditioning
To conserve energy, the A/C is turned off until check-in. It may feel warm when you first arrive, but it cools down quickly once turned on.

🚽 Toilet Info
This home uses a compact, RV-style toilet system. It’s fully functional, but mild odors may occasionally occur—especially in Houston’s heat or high humidity. We’ve done everything we can to manage it, but it’s part of the unique setup.
