This listing is a beautiful two-story home with 4 large bedrooms (TVs in each bedroom), 2.5 baths, a parlor, a downstairs room (TV in this area), and a game room (TV in this area) that is equipped with all the amenities you need for a short or long stay!

It is within minutes to local attractions, shopping and medical centers. Eateries near by as well as proximity to Sugar Land and Katy. The home is located in a well-maintained, safe neighborhood.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the built-in jetted tub in the master bathroom, one closet located in bedroom one, the backyard, and the garage. Driveway and off-street parking is available.

There are security cameras in and around the listing site. (There is one security camera located in the downstairs living room that is covered up and not functional.) The monitoring system is located inside the listing site in the closet located in the upstairs bedroom one so you are not being watched during your stay. We do no watch the recording videos unless items are missing from the home, or damage was made to items in the vicinity of the camera.

Great host and accommodation.

Other than having issues with no heat and hot water the first couple days, our experienced were great. Thank you for hosting and accommodations.

The House Was What Was Needed

Overall the house is what was needed, The fact of the living room has a camera when you walk into the living room, and is not mentioned, is disheartening. I can appreciate that it’s a camera outside for safety. What I didn’t like is on the house description here was no mention of the camera. The owner was very responsive & attentive.

Exactly I don’t stay at the house because after booking the canceled the house I don’t know the reason and y paid a full week around 1,800 and they refund to me only 725 and this is crazy

Holiday travel

The pictures online didn’t do it Justice. It’s a lot nicer. The host was there to greet us at check-in. He walked us through the property. There were no issues. The house rules were placed throughout the house so we knew what to do and not to do. The only thing(s) I would have liked is basic amenities like water and coffee, snacks, and such to be there. The first day is usually chaotic and having a few options to get us through could have been nice. But overall I loved the stay. I would book again and recommend it to anyone.
