Enjoy the breathtaking view of the private lake and swimming pool from this beautifully remodeled home. This house provides all the comforts you're accustomed to at home and is located in the prestigious Champions Golf Club Community.
The property offers easy access to SH-249, Beltway 8, I-45, The Woodlands (17 minutes), George Bush Intercontinental Airport (20 minutes), and downtown Houston (30 minutes). Many excellent restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, and Willowbrook Mall are nearby. Vintage Park, with even more dining, shopping, and nightlife, is just a 10-minute drive away.
PROPERTY DETAILS:
Main House: 3 private bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large living room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast room, and utility room. The spacious master bedroom (upstairs) features a King Bed and a sofa with a coffee table. The two secondary bedrooms (#2 & #3) on the first floor each have a Queen Bed. Guest House (included): A private large bedroom, full bathroom, living room, and a separate entrance. The bedroom includes a King Bed and two twin trundle beds. The guest house is for sleeping only; cooking is prohibited, even though it has its own modern kitchen, and the fridge is locked for private use.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
The primary renter is responsible for booking for all guests, including visitors. The maximum number of guests, including infants and visitors, is 10. Un-booked guests are NOT ALLOWED at any time during your stay.
LIST of BOOKED GUESTS:
The primary renter must provide the following information:
Full name, age, phone number, and current legal address. And also a list of all other booked guests, including their full names, ages, and cities.
PROOF OF PRIMARY RENTER’S CURRENT RESIDENCY:
A copy of Driver’s license and car insurance.
OCCUPANCY:
The maximum number of booked guests is 10 (including infants and visitors). Non-booked guests are strictly prohibited.
PARKING: Four (4) vehicles max.
LAKE: No fishing, swimming, or any water toys in the lake (due to HOA insurance liability limits).
POOL: No loud activities around the pool. Pool use is not permitted after 10:00 PM. It's closed during the cold season. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times; no exceptions. The pool is 100% private for your use and is not heated. It is serviced weekly (cleaning & chemical checks). Note: The pool is surrounded by large trees. Leaves, pine needles, and flowers often fall into the water. Please use the provided pool skimmer net to remove them, if use. A fence has been installed around the pool for the safety of small children.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. A $500 fee per pet will be charged if found; no exceptions.
SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety, cameras are installed on the exterior of the property.
VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Please read the full agreement during the booking process. By booking, the primary renter agrees to comply with all rental policies, terms, and rules.
